近日，子公司潤(rùn)邦海洋向海外客戶成功交付2套LNG不銹鋼低溫液罐，不僅體現(xiàn)了潤(rùn)邦海洋在LNG液罐裝備制造領(lǐng)域的深厚技術(shù)底蘊(yùn)，也進(jìn)一步證明了其在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的品牌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

      該項(xiàng)目將應(yīng)用于1822 FEU（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)箱）集裝箱船，設(shè)計(jì)及建造嚴(yán)格遵循 ASME、USCG等國(guó)際權(quán)威規(guī)范，具有優(yōu)異的低溫性能和耐腐蝕性。材質(zhì)選用 304 不銹鋼，入級(jí)ABS船級(jí)社，單罐直徑達(dá)11.8米，總長(zhǎng) 22.5 米，設(shè)計(jì)艙容為 2245立方米，設(shè)計(jì)最低溫度可達(dá) - 163°C，設(shè)計(jì)壓力為3.0bar，在極端低溫和高壓環(huán)境下仍能保持穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

      自開工建造以來(lái)，潤(rùn)邦海洋高度重視項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理，克服梅雨、高溫等天氣，通過優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)流程、合理安排資源，以及對(duì)關(guān)鍵焊接工藝技術(shù)的研究，制定了嚴(yán)格的焊接工藝規(guī)程，有效提升了焊接質(zhì)量。 

      此前，潤(rùn)邦海洋已成功交付多項(xiàng)LNG液罐產(chǎn)品，積累了豐富的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和技術(shù)實(shí)力獲得了客戶的高度認(rèn)可。潤(rùn)邦海洋將以此次交付為新的起點(diǎn)，繼續(xù)加大在綠色能源裝備領(lǐng)域的研發(fā)和創(chuàng)新力度，為全球客戶提供更優(yōu)質(zhì)的綠色解決方案。

On July 17th, ROC successfully delivered 2 sets of LNG stainless steel cryogenic liquid tanks to overseas customer. This not only demonstrates ROC's deep-rooted technical foundation in the field of LNG liquid tank equipment manufacturing but also further proves its brand competitiveness in the international market.

The project will be applied to 1822 FEU container ships. Its design and construction strictly comply with international authoritative standards such as ASME and USCG, featuring excellent cryogenic performance and corrosion resistance. It is made of 304 stainless steel and classified by ABS. Each tank has a diameter of 11.8 meters, a total length of 22.5 meters, a designed capacity of 2245 cubic meters, a minimum design temperature of -163°C, and a design pressure of 3.0 bar, enabling stable operation even in extremely low-temperature and high-pressure environments.

Since the start of construction, ROC has attached great importance to project schedule management. It has overcome weather conditions such as plum rain season and high temperatures. By optimizing the production process, arranging resources reasonably, conducting research on key welding technologies, and formulating strict welding procedures, it has effectively improved the welding quality.

Previously, ROC has successfully delivered a number of LNG liquid tank products, accumulating rich project experience, and its product quality and technical strength have been highly recognized by customers. Taking this delivery as a new starting point, ROC will continue to increase investment in R&D and innovation in the field of green energy equipment, providing global customers with better green solutions.
